01Recce & Tie-Up

We conduct thorough market research and visit outlets near select schools that meet our desired criteria. We complete tie-ups with outlets, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions, including selling price, loyalty program, payment terms, branding, and infrastructural requirements.

02Outlet Identification

We create a list of outlets with the desired profiles, considering factors such as location quality, expected footfall, and available branding area.

03Branding

Our Key Account Manager coordinates with our branding team to complete the recce and installation of branding in all selected outlets, ensuring maximum visibility and impact.

04Order Booking

We service all outlets in a weekly manner to take orders. A minimum order quantity of 1 CFC (Carton-Full Carton) is required for any outlet to place an order. We provide personalized visits and call support to ensure smooth order placement.

05Payment Collection

We offer convenient online payment options through our retail connect website, accepting all major online payment modes. All payments are to be made at the time of order placement.

06Deliveries

Our delivery team ensures timely and efficient deliveries to all outlets within 5 days of order booking. We have a dedicated delivery supervisor to manage stock segregation, stickering, deliveries, and planogram compliance. We also have a well-equipped warehouse at a convenient location in each city to facilitate deliveries.

07D2O POINT Rewards

We offer a rewards program called D2O POINT for outlets that agree to buy at least 1 CFC per week for a minimum duration of 4 weeks. Outlets can earn rewards and freebies based on the quantity and lock-in duration, categorized into PLATINUM Class, GOLD Class, and SILVER Class.

We also provide a "FIRST CLUB Partner Certificate" to build credibility in our relationship with outlets.

08Weekly Servicing

Our Key Account Manager provides weekly servicing to all outlets, taking orders and ensuring smooth communication and support. A key indicator of outlet performance is the redemption of empty packs.

09Partner Certificate

We provide a Partner Certificate to our outlets, acknowledging their partnership and commitment to our mutually beneficial relationship.
